SISTA Paris accepts that its items be returned within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days in accordance with the law of withdrawal from the date of purchase of the item(s).
Beyond 14 days, SISTAPARIS will not offer refunds or exchanges.

During special operations, sale items are exchangeable but not refundable.

In the event of withdrawal, the refund will only cover the amount paid for these products. Delivery costs will not be refunded. Any direct costs incurred as a result of returning the products will be your responsibility.
